You’re probably curious to know more about me since you’re on the ‘About’ page so I won’t bore you for longer.
I’m a Swedish Personal Trainer, born in -91 and residing in Perth, Australia. I moved to Australia for short term studies to acquire my Personal Trainer Diploma at the East Coast TAFE on the Sunshine Coast.
I fell in love with the country quickly, and after two years here I also met the love of my life, Madeleine. I have no plans on moving back home and I love living in such amazing climate.
Fitness piqued my interest the first time about 10 years ago, and I’ve been a fanatic ever since. I love the controversial topics and experimenting to see what works and what doesn’t.
With lots of experience in fitness and nutrition not only from my own experiments but from working with clients, I’ve built knowledge base I’m very proud of.
My aim with this blog is to help others that are in the same position as I was 10 years ago. Back then I felt lost and confused trying to make sense of all the conflicting information in the jungle that is the fitness industry.
I’ve tried all the fad-diets, countless of training programs, and even done fasting as long as 62 hours. I told you I like experimenting. I’m fascinated to see how my body reacts, and to realise how incredibly efficient some methods can be.
At my biggest back in 2013 I was 231 lbs and focused on power-lifting but had to stop due to an injury. Then in late 2014 I cut down to 7.4% body fat, where I lost 38.5 lbs in 15 weeks using ‘The Haemaker Protocol’.
My biggest project right now is this blog, and ‘The Haemaker Protocol’. I can’t talk too much about The Haemaker Protocol as I’m still putting it into writing. But its a fat-burn protocol which is the culmination of all these years experimenting and knowledge building. All the best, most efficient methods and secrets brought together into a crazy efficient fat-burn protocol.
I’ve not yet decided if I will even release the protocol for others. Even more so if I should charge for it? It’s taken me a long time to create, and is incredibly effective.
